What we can help with

Solar panels

A new system designed around your roof, electricity use and future plans.

Home batteries

Storage for an existing solar system or a new installation, with backup needs discussed up front.

Commercial and off-grid

Site-specific solutions for businesses and properties across Victoria.

We work with battery systems including GoodWe ESA, AlphaESS, FoxESS, SOFAR and Sigenergy. We’ll check site requirements and compatibility before quoting.

Planning your solar or battery installation

Can you add a battery to existing solar?

We assess your existing inverter, solar system, switchboard and energy use before recommending a battery. The installation approach depends on equipment compatibility and your property.

Will a battery provide backup during a power outage?

Backup depends on the selected system and how it is installed. Tell us which essential circuits you need so we can assess and quote the backup work separately.

Who carries out the installation?

Outback Renewables is owned by licensed, SAA-accredited solar electricians. Our own team carries out the installation, testing and handover, with no subcontractors.

What should I send for a quote?

Send your postcode, electricity usage, existing solar and inverter details, and any backup requirements. We assess the site and explain the proposed equipment and installation scope before confirming your quote.
